The original version was rather crude, being black and white and containing only the bare minimum of symbolism to arrive at a semanto-semiotic synthesis in conjunction with astral projection, or to travel deep within the maps using imagination, and fantasy to search for meanings in new constellations of notions. It is a kaleidoscopic game, but it has an inner grammar, heuristics and hermeneutics that both lets the imagination rule and teaches certain non-obvious things. The process is very simple: you take two, three or more cards and play with meanings that you combine in a network. Occult knowledge is not a prerequisite for inspiration, but basic knowledge of the theology of geometry, the astrological nature of the planets and change as in the “Book of Changes” is useful.
