Flycast 2.3.1 for iOS

This is the second last build of the Dreamcast emulator "Flycast" for iOS before the iOS port was cancelled. This has been tested to work on a iPod Touch 7th generation. I also attached the DC_Bios in a .7z, extract then and put the .bin files at: "On My iPod/iPhone" > "Flycast" > "dc_boot.bin" & "dc_flash.bin" . You will likely need iCloud.com to upload the .bin files to and use the file app on your iOS device to move it from iCloud to the correct folder. To enable the JIT (Just-In-Time compiler, helps significantly with performance if your platform supports it, but can lead to security vulnerabilities as in the reason why apple does not allow apps to have it), You will need a "JIT-streamer" a server from another device that can hold the JIT cache files. Or you need to jailbreak the device before each run of flycast to enable local JIT cache.
