Blimp Raid-Weird War II
MS-DOS · Windows 3.x · Arcade · Mr. Crispy
The sequel, with more different (yes, I know that ain't good English) levels and enemies, but it is still unbeatable because the levels loop and gets harder every time. If anyone beats it five or more times in a row, I'll be shocked, because I -only- beat it four times in a row while testing it. The fifth time is when it goes from super easy to super hard, but you only have to play through it four times to play all the levels. Oh, and you get to fight giant lobsters, penguins, Snomen (yes, I spelled it like that on purpose), giant zombie pirates, Hal Tosa (from Gearbox the Alien), and a giant guy in a giant banana suit named Bananamana. Comments: MUCH better than the original. A good arcade game with a lot of action and that you can play a long time but isn't a "blink-and-you're-dead" shooter. It gets kind of boring if you play it a long, long time. And the game play gets a little unbalanced (the bosses are a little easier and the levels a little harder). Still, it's fun and you should play it. Check out the giant lobster boss. Project Status: I'll eventually try to make it better. But that doesn't mean that it is bad.
