[Fangame] Pokémon Vanguard builds for Windows

2024 · adventure · role-playing

Pokémon Vanguard is a fan-made Pokémon game set in a unique region with its own lore, regional variants, and original story. The game takes place in a world scarred by a catastrophic attack 50 years ago by a group known as The Defiance, which reshaped society and the way people interact with Pokémon. Vanguard introduces an entirely new region filled with exclusive Fakemon, regional variants, and a custom Pokédex, making exploration feel fresh and distinct from official titles. Its narrative emphasizes survival, rebuilding, and the tension between humans and Pokémon in the aftermath of destruction, giving it a darker and more mature tone compared to traditional Pokémon games. The project has gained popularity within the fan community, with an active Discord server and ongoing updates that expand its features and content.
