DOSGAME.AT PRESENTS: CRUISE FOR A CORPSE - UNIVERSAL DOS LOADER Created by Eric Steiner / DOSGAME.AT About This loader provides a copy-protection bypass for supported DOS releases of Cruise for a Corpse . It also offers an optional dialogue repair for the German release. Supported releases include known English, French, German, Italian and Spanish versions, including 16-colour and 256-colour variants where applicable. Loader Features [F1] Disable Protection Skips the game's copy-protection test. [F2] Fix Dialogue Errors Available only when the supported German version is detected. The German release is missing one response in both HECTOR.FR and HECTOR2.FR . This causes the following answers to be shifted and assigned to the wrong questions. The loader restores the missing entry: Mein Herr liebte seine Frau. The line was reconstructed from the corresponding original dialogue: English: The Master loved his wife. French: Monsieur adorait sa femme. The loader automatically starts the first available executable in this order: DELPHINE.EXE DELPHINE.ABS CRUISE.EXE Installation Place LOAD.COM in the game directory Run LOAD.COM .
