Okay, here is this demo. I'm no longer insterested in working on it so here it is released, bugs and all. This demo works best on a computer with a fast video card. The only problems you may encounter with a slower system is flickering/sheering of the animation. I should have used a better timing system than I use in this, but who cares, it's not that important for something like this, and fast machines are pretty much a dime a dozen now-adays... The original animation was from the Atari-ST, which I converted using a program I wrote to read in certain picture formats from the Atari-ST. The original frames were 320x200 and had some really bad shading in them and a lot of stupid glitches or errors. I edited the frames replacing the shading with a more solid cartoonish look to it, erasing a lot of useless 'lines' that were to represent darker shades (some I left in because they actualy fitted the picture). Also removed a stupid background from the pictures, and touched up a lot of bad animation trails. It's not the best animation, and I have no idea why I spent that much time on this thing, but it's hilarious to look at and the the finished screen does look rather nice...:) The shark was originaly a cardboard cutout mascott for my brother's old band, so I added him in the screen because I needed some kind of logo to finish this off. So I drew him in there and added some more bad shading and that was that! With only 16 colors to work with on this screen, I think I really got the most use out of all of them, no? Too much blue, maybe... The music does not fit at all with the action on the screen, but it's what I had laying around at the time...
