The Flintstones: Fashion Cave Math (Yearn2Learn, Image Smith Inc., 1995) A Hanna-Barbera-licensed edutainment title from Image Smith's Yearn2Learn "A+ Series," aimed at kids ages 3–10. Players help Fred, Wilma, Barney, or Betty get dressed by picking outfits that add up to a specific dollar amount given in a story-problem math prompt. Pick a costume, key in the total cost, and click the dollar sign to check your answer. Difficulty is adjustable on the fly, letting the game scale from early counting practice up to more involved addition/budgeting problems for older kids. Image Smith's Yearn2Learn line picked up a Parents' Choice Honor Award and a five-star rating from CompuServe Magazine, along with recognition in a MacUser Editors' Choice special issue.
