The Bells Arietta

⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️ I don't make any money from this and never will. It's purely a non-commercial personal project done for learning purposes. Nothing was ripped from the original game, everything was recreated by hand by myself. If Nintendo ever sees a problem with this, I will immediatly take it down. I have great respect for Nintendo and don't want to start a fight. The Bells Arietta is a personal project and zelda fan project I started in 2018 with the goal of learning about game development from one of my favourite games. All assets are created by myself with 3d software like Blender and Substance Painter by simply looking at the assets in-game and trying to recreate them by hand. A lot of assets are also designed completly by myself in the same style and don't exist in the original game, like the two new guardians for example. I'm using the Unity Game Engine and also wrote all the code myself. I hope I was able to catch the zelda vibe with this project and that you have fun with this small little adventure! :) Just fyi it takes around 45 minutes to beat. I love Zelda and can't thank Nintendo enough for inspiring me since my childhood! Known Issues 1. It can happen that windows sees the game as untrustworthy, but you can still start it. I sadly can't do anything against that, except buying some monthly software signing license. (Sorry for the inconvenience, but it seems like this is true for most software that isn't distributed via some store like steam.) 2 . If the game turns blurry after interacting with something, go in and out of the shoot mode to reset the camera. 3 . When returning to the main menu via the pause menu to start a new game, please quit and restart completly. Sometimes the camera seems to get screwed up when starting a second playthrough.
