Xoid-Te@m Gabriel Knight 2 FR No Interlace Patch is an automatic Windows patcher designed to improve the French version of The Beast Within: Gabriel Knight 2 by launching the game through a prepared ScummVM environment with black-lined video disabled. This package is intended for users who legally own the original French CD/ISO version of Gabriel Knight 2. The patch does not provide the commercial game itself. The user must provide their own game files or ISO images. Main features: Automatic preparation of the French Gabriel Knight 2 game data for ScummVM. Automatic import from the six original GK2 ISO/CD files. No-interlace / no black-lined video configuration. Fullscreen launch configuration. Windows shortcut creation with custom Xoid-Te@m werewolf icon. Keeps the French voices and French game content. Does not replace the game with the English version. Includes a simple Windows GUI patcher. Required files: Place the original ISO files in the game folder under the CD directory, using the following names: GK2-1.ISO GK2-2.ISO GK2-3.ISO GK2-4.ISO GK2-5.ISO GK2-6.ISO Then run the Xoid-Te@m patcher, select the root folder of the installed French game, and click START PATCH NO INTERLACE.
