RA Achievements Unlock Sounds Pack Update

Pack with additional Achievements/Trophy (Fix) .OGG unlocking sounds for Batocera. i adjusted some of the first pack. and.. something went wrong. it seems batocera is particulary picky on any ogg file you give it. ocenaudio would not work to convert any wav or mp3 to ogg. so i had to use https://convertio.co/nl/wav-ogg/ and use the default settings to get correct .ogg files for batocera. put this folder into the main batocera folder, /sounds next to the others like /roms, /music, /bios and so forth. so you put the sounds, the .ogg files into /userdata/sounds/retroachievements/*.ogg then select any of the unlocking sounds you want from within the menu (in emulation station) in batocera/retro achievements. i recommend Xbox One Rare Adjusted.ogg
