3D Blox,

1990 · action · MS-DOS · Andy Green

3D Blox, V2.0, by Andy Green. This is a 3D Tetris game. Taken from "Bart's Smash Hits" shareware CD. Works fine in DOSBox. Date is probably wrong. I can tell it was released sometime in 1990 to 1997, because there's a 1990 copyright from the runtime embedded in the exe, and it was on a 1997 shareware CD (Sunny 1000 Collection), but I have not been able to narrow it down further.
