Dynami Tracer

Super Nintendo · Arcade · Krokodyl · Squaresoft

This is version 1.0 of Krokodyl’s English translation of the Super Famicom game Dynami Tracer , developed by Squaresoft and broadcasted in 1996 through St.GIGA’s BS Satellaview service. Dynami Tracer is a fun adventure racing game that quite feels like a modern RPG Maker game that isn’t really an RPG – and that makes sense, considering it uses the same game engine as Chrono Trigger . I am only uploading this to the Internet Archive because the translator found a good idea to use an alternate ROM to produce their patch that I had to scour the Internet for, since it’s not on No-Intro and it’s only listed on MAME as an alternate ROM (meaning that big Software List romsets usually do not include it). Through a series of connections, I eventually found it on GameTronik, a French website. This game requires the BS Satellaview BIOS dump to run on an emulator. On Snes9x, the path to the BIOS must be .\BIOS\BS-X.bin . This item was not uploaded with the translator’s consent. I don’t know them and I most certainly am not them either.
