PETaxian is a fast arcade shooter for the Commodore PET , ported to the PET by Milasoft from Borgar Olsen's original Petaxian project. The game was inspired by classic Galaga -style arcade shooters and uses character-based graphics to bring formation attacks, diving enemies, bombs, scoring, and multi-stage arcade action to vintage Commodore hardware. The Commodore PET port was created separately by Milasoft from the C64 assembly output because Prog8 did not directly target the PET. This PET release is freeware.
