Text on the motherboard is X1 20220822 V1.2, and the chip is Rockchip RK3228. The software version is release v2.0 20230211 and is probably labeled as M8. The name of the file that I uploaded is x1-20220822-V1.2-RK3228-20230211-release-v6.0.img.7z but the v6.0 portion should be v2.0. Another copy of this firmware file is available HERE . Download the large 7z file and decompress it. Burn the img image file to a new memory card in " USB Image Tool " (from alexpage.de website), in Balena Etcher or in Win32DiskImager. Do Not use any old generic Chinese memory card - it is poor quality and can cause loss of data. Check and verify the MD5 hash crc number of the 7z file that you have received in a 7-zip program or in a "hasher" type of program.
