1951 · adventure · Betty E. Box Productions

At the outbreak of WWII, the British realize they can't prevent the invasion of the Channel Islands, where there is a prize cow that the Nazis mustn't be allowed to get hold of. This is the intrepid story of the those assigned to rescue it from under the noses of the Nazis. Later retitled "Island Rescue". David N. as Maj. Valentine Moreland Glynis Johns as Nicola Fallaize George Coulouris as Capt. Weiss Barry Jones as Provost Kenneth More as Lionel Fallaize Noel Purcell as Trawler Langley Bernard Lee as Brigadier I colorized this using AI software that doesn't always get the colors right, but I think it looks fairly natural. Hopefully a more professional job will be done someday.
