Pontiac GTO 1966 car commercial TV ad

1966 · StingrayFilms

Fun television advertisement for the spiffy 1966 Pontiac GTO convertible with "tiger" theme and jungle noises. "It's all nimble, all tiger, all wide-track". Note the repeated emphasis on the wide-track feature. Also both girls are wearing similar-looking headbands, a popular accessory back then. Or perhaps they were going for a neat and proper college-girl look. See my other ads for the 1966 Mustang and 1967 Dodge Dart.
