Topper

1954 · comedy · fantasy · Producers: John W. Loveton (co-executive producer) Bernard Schubert (producer) (as Bernard L. Schube · Production: CBS / Distributor: CBS (1954 USA TV)

PLOT : Topper goes on an ordinary business trip, but because of the language used, the ghosts misinterpret it as some sort of high-level espionage mission. _IMDb IMDb User Review: All Aboard for laughs (Nov 22, 2018 by dougdoepke): The ghostly Kerbys better check their geography books. They hear Topper's going to Lisbon, so naturally they think Portugal not South Carolina. And since they've been watching spy-type TV, they think Topper's been lured into a foreign spy caper, especially when he boards a train with a suspicious couple aboard. As they say-- fun ensues. / Several lessons from this entry-- don't let the Kerbys make your bed, or manage your TV, or tutor you in geography. But then, our favorite ectoplasms get a lot of screen time along with lovable liquor lapping Neil. Put them together, and it's a fast-paced fun fest . ** The non-profit streaming of the commercial free, quality films I have very much enjoyed and therefore uploaded to archive.org , are for educational purposes.
