A roundup of this week's events include Duke returning home after discovering Victor's death as well as eluding a witness protection agent. Also, Scott found the locket that Victor choked to death on and noticed it was inscribed with "Victor" and "Lucy" on each side. Later, after Victor's funeral, Emil told Olivia about their encounters. Finally, the Jackson pendant ended up in the hands of Charlene before Jimmy could hire two goons to murder Decker. Missing a few minutes early in the episode.
