Trouble With Father - Father Picks a Queen

1951

A U.S. sitcom episode. Very light-hearted. Contains classic commercials for Betty Crocker, Gold Medal, Cheerios, and a General Mills iron offer. It aired at 7:30PM on 26 May 1951 on the ABC network. Per the Brooklyn Eagle, when this originally aired it was preceded on ABC by Hollywood Theatre Time and followed by TV Teen Club . It aired against Beat the Clock on CBS, One Man's Family on NBC, and local programming on DuMont stations (DuMont's New York station showed the film I Married a Witch from 7:00PM to 8:30PM). I ripped this from a DVD-R, and they are unreliable, however the MPEG2 file played back fine on my computer (and I very much enjoyed watching it).
