''Cavalcade of Stars''

1950

The surviving footage from two episodes of DuMont's variety series "C: Cavalcade of Stars" starring Jackie Gleason. To my knowledge, neither episode survives complete. Please forgive the very poor picture quality. Guest include: vaudeville duo Smith & Dale, singer Gracie Barrie, singer Donald Richards, pianist Victor Borge, and Frances Langford. Gleason barely appears in the surviving footage. The picture quality from a worn-out tape is so horrible that your eyes will bleed and you will want your eyes to be gouged out by Uchiha Itachi. You have been warned.
