WTVC Action News from November 1976

This is very close to being a full news broadcast from WTVC Channel 9 in Chattanooga Tennessee, US. Complete with commercials. It appears to have been recorded using a VCR, and this is before the days of cable or satellite television, thus the reception quality is poor.
