Ending just over halfway through the episode, recent events on General Hospital featured Kevin's judge invoking a gag rule, dashing Ginny's and Derek's hope for a splashy trial, while a fuming Claudia makes Brian forget his anniversary lunch after talking with Debbie about an underprivileged boy. Also, Kevin insisted that when Jennifer was killed, he was at the library. Finally, on the witness stand, Red testified that he saw Kevin and Jennifer with a young girl at the airport.
