Siamese Twins

Follows the experiences of conjoined twins and their foster parents, as doctors investigate surgical separation of the toddlers. Imaging studies show that the twins, who are attached at the pelvis, do have two separate spinal cords. Describes challenges encountered during the surgery, and shows the twins' psychological adjustments and physical rehabilitation after the separation.
