Over Water

2018 · drama · Инти Кальфат · Дирк Верхей · Дебен Ван Дам

Due to alcohol addiction, the TV host John loses his job. After completing rehabilitation in a clinic, he gets a job at his wife's father's company. However, seeking more than a regular employee's career, he kills his father-in-law and tries with all his might to take over the company leadership, using any means — corrupt deals, bribes, intrigues with secretaries. Immersed in the abyss of criminal madness, he even doesn't notice the changes in his own family — his wife, who starts a relationship with the main competitor, his son, who tries to independently come to terms with his homosexuality, and his teenage daughter, who, following her father's example, dives into the world of alcohol, drugs, and carefree parties.
