1965 · KNTV (Television station : San Jose, Calif.)

Lu Ryden interviews singer Al Martino on a segment from Ryden's show on San Jose's KNTV Channel 11. This appears to have been filmed in a dressing room at the Bimbo's 365 nightclub in San Francisco. Martino responds to questions about whether he's having a comeback, his time on the Mike Douglas show, how his mood affects his performance, the role of critics, how he picks a set list, and whether he would ever perform new songs on stage. Part of a collection of films from Ryden's shows and interviews on KNTV between 1965-1970. The original films are part of History San Jose's permanent collection.
