music

On American Bandstand (February 11, 1978), disco fever is in full swing. This week's #1 hit leads off with Stayin' Alive from the three Gibb brothers, along with hits by Foreigner, and one of this week's guests, Yvonne Elliman. After we finish up with "Turn To Stone", we continue with hits from Santa Esmeralda, Rate-A-Record, and Donna Summer's "I Love You" in the Spotlight Dance segment. Earth, Wind & Fire, this week's other guest, David Gates, and the Little River Band wrap things up here.
