Archiver's Notes - Some Android Unofficial ROMs, Recovery, Drivers collected from the xda-developers forum( https://forum.xda-developers.com ) for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT-P3100( https://web.archive.org/web/20220516141450/https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_tab_2_7_0_p3100-4543.php ). Unfortunately the NAND Flash(storage) in my tablet died before I could test some of them. So I can't use them anymore :( So I'm uploading them to the Internet Archive. Hope it's of some use to someone somewhere. List of Files: 1. espresso-common_TWRP_3.2.2-0-[02C66425].zip Archiver's Notes: Probably works on the following devices listed below in the Description section, at least according to the "updater-script" file in espresso-common_TWRP_3.2.2-0-[02C66425].zip but I've personally only tested it on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT-P3100. Description: TWRP(Team Win Recovery Project) Recovery for Galaxy Tab 2 family from Android-Andi@xda Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Family: "espresso-common" "espresso3g" "p3100" "GT-P3100" "espressorf" "espressorfxx" "p3110" "GT-P3110" "p3113" "GT-P3113" "espressowifi" "espressowifixx" "p5100" "GT-P5100" "espresso10rf" "espresso10rfxx" "p5110" "GT-P5110" "p5113" "GT-P5113" "espresso10wifi" "espresso10wifixx" 2. addonsu-15.1-arm-signed-[06C7D452].zip Description: Gives SuperUser(su) access on GT-P3100. 3. lineage-14.1_espresso3g-7.1.2-20180131-1859-[2088CA7A].zip Description: LineageOS Android ROM lineageos 14.1 Archiver's Notes: The NAND Flash on my Tablet GT-P3100 died before I could test this. So it's of no use to me now. Also keep in mind that it wasn't built by me. So Be Careful. 4. ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.7.4-20180803-1225-espresso3g-[B46D110D].zip Description: Resurrection Remix M Unofficial ROM. Archiver's Notes: Again, as above, not my build and I couldn't test it personally on my tablet. Storage on my tablet died. So be Careful. 5. open_gapps-arm-7.1-micro-[CC232C25].zip Description: Contains google apps such as Play Store et al. Archiver's Notes and some opinions: Are you absolutely sure you need this? Like https://f-droid.org exists, you know? Lots of free and open source apps that don't violate your privacy. Are you sure the apps over there don't fulfil most(if not all) of your needs? You'd probably be better off without google in your life. *Probably*. But again, your mileage may vary. Google Scholar is really nice but other than that, I just don't have much use for them anymore. But maybe you personally really do need google on your old tablet for some reason. If so, here you go. Also same rules as above - Intended for GT-P3100 but I didn't build it nor have I tested it. So be careful. 6. latest_usb_driver_windows-[34D0B949].zip Description: Android USB Driver to facilitate Windows reading your Android Device. Archiver's Notes: Happy to say that I've tested this and it works. Although you *might* probably be better off downloading the latest version from google. Unless you need this particular version, for some reason.
