RockOS V.1

operating-system · development · Rockatron33

RockOS v1 is the first major release of RockOS, an experimental 64-bit x86 hobby operating system developed by SquigglyCat-tech. RockOS is built from the ground up as an independent operating system project, featuring its own kernel, framebuffer-based graphical interface, system calls, Ring 3 userspace support, and a graphical installation environment. This release represents an early milestone in the development of RockOS and is preserved here as a snapshot of the project at version 1. It is intended primarily for experimentation, development, and educational purposes rather than use as a production operating system.
