This disk quota management tool allows administrators to monitor and limit the space available per user, and provides a centralized view of all the disk space it manages, even across multiple servers. It can alert the administrator and the user via email or pop-up message when the specified warning thresholds are met. It can also eliminate MP3s, reduce storage costs, and increase network security for your 2003/2000/XP/NT servers and workstations. SpaceGuard provides the facility to automatically configure quotas for new users, a single-screen overview of the space used by all servers in the network, and the possibility of installing SpaceGuard from a central location onto remote 2003, 2000, or NT servers.
