YAMAHA XG Series - Sound Card Drivers

operating-system · driver · Windows · Yamaha

Yamaha XG Series sound card latest drivers available. Downloaded from the official Yamaha website driver support, which isn't available anymore. There is no need to download older drivers or ISOs from dubious sources subject to errors and crashes. I have been using these drivers for windows 98 with my XG YMF724 and it works perfectly fine with the legacy sound support. Keep in mind WDM or 2000 drivers will not enable legacy sound support, not sure about the NT version. Even if you are using Windows 98Se or Me and you want legacy sound, you should install the regular 95/98/Me drivers without WDM as mentioned in the respective folders. Models supported: YMF724 YMF740 YMF744 YMF754
