Microsoft Fix It (portable)

Microsoft Fix It Portable was a troubleshooting package, made to address common Windows issues using the Windows Troubleshooting Cabinet feature, which debuted in Windows 7. Microsoft made available the whole package available as a portable, offline version of all the common troubleshooters at the time. One would make their own Portable version by selecting the option in one of the many troubleshooting packs you would download from Microsoft's website, and it would prompt you to insert a flash drive and format with the contents of the ZIP file, that I've provided. This pack is designed for Windows XP - Windows 7. Though if you use it on Windows XP or Vista, you may be prompted to install Windows PowerShell. EDITORIAL: The existence of the vast majority of the troubleshooters are gone and I have to say this was some act of greater blessing or luck, however you would like to see it as, as I was looking to use the pack for some particular issue, which I couldn't resolve, like half a year ago. I bring this to the community, for troubleshooting issues in Windows today and tomorrow. There isn't even a Wikipedia article to point to for more information. I'll update the description, as I remember and find, over time.
