FoldingAtHome with both NVIDIA and AMD GPUs concurrently

NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit 11.6 and AMDGPU drivers v21.30 for Ubuntu Linux 18.04 HWE. 18.04 is especially necessary for Folding@Home with AMD GPUs as of January 2022. The AMD drivers for 20.04 LTS are included just in case that starts working in the future. amdgpu-install v21.40.2 is also included as that must be intsalled in between "double-installing" DKMS firmware from the v21.30 release.
