Commodore 64 - Turbo64 Fastloader (

utility · development · Commodore 64 · Megasoft

Turbo 64 is a Commodore 64 software fast-loader published by Megasoft. Speeds up disk loading from the 1541 significantly over the stock Commodore serial bus routines. A key feature was that it was memory relocatable, allowing it to be placed anywhere in RAM for maximum compatibility with other software. Megasoft also published Keymaster, Gemini, Apollo, Copy II 64 and the Shadow hardware copier before restructuring as Utilities Unlimited, where Jim Drew continued development with SuperCard and SuperCard+.
