This program lets you create any number of rectangles on the Windows desktop, and the rectangles always stay in the foreground. These blocks can be different colors and sizes, and can be placed anywhere on the screen. Principal uses are as a screen marker, a visual aid or a pixel ruler for on-screen measurements.
