Create WinHelp files with this word processor-like program. Topic and pop-up creation are supported, and you can link to other topics, pop. ups, external files, URLs or e-mail addresses. There is also a built-in spell checker. Output can be no-scroll rich-text formatting, and there are options for index tabbing and compression.
