Sony VAIO Pro 13 SVP13 Original Drivers and Software Collection

operating-system · driver · recovery · Windows

These files were extracted from an original recovery USB image made on a Sony Vaio Pro 13 SVP1321C5E I have sorted them into: Drivers - Hardware Drivers Software - Contains all the Original VAIO software and utilities Others - Scripts, reg keys, other things that are run during a VAIO Care recovery. I don't think you need to run these if you're doing a clean install of Windows. Bloatware - The bundled stuff that you wouldn't really want to reinstall anyways, like the antivirus trial. Hotfixes (Windows 8) - These are the Windows updates that get applied during the VAIO Care recovery process. Only apply these if you're installing on a Windows 8 RTM image. Note that these drivers and softwares are the versions that originally shipped with the laptop on Windows 8. Your mileage may vary on more modern operating systems. I have personally gotten Windows 11 to work perfectly on my Pro 13, and will be uploading a seperate archive with all the driver and software updates that I used to make that happen. The full image of the recovery drive will also be uploaded, please note this is a .mrimgx file made with Macrium Reflect. I was unable to extract the .WIM file at this time as it has been encoded in the .sn2 format. ~ShadowLabs~
