Wormguard defends against e-mail viruses. It will also catch and stop other malicious programs. It analyzes files using heuristic and intelligent rule sets, rather than relying on signatures for known worms. It neutralizes many severe Windows vulnerabilities like the use of hidden extensions, multiple file extensions and excessive spaces in file, names.
