In order to listen to them, you will need a sound board (Soundblaster or Adlib) and a player installed on your hard disk. If you own a Soundblaster board, you already have a copy of VPLAY, which you can use to play .VOC files. Also on this disc are copies of the shareware programs SPUTTER and MEDIAPLA. If you decide to use either of these shareware programs, you will need to install them on your hard disk before you can use them to listen to sound files. For your convenience, we have also included a number of shareware utilities, some for general DOS purposes and some for use with sound cards. Please note that these programs are SHAREWARE, not free software: if you like them and use them, you MUST pay the author's requested fee. Chestnut does not recommend the use of specific shareware programs. VOC - VOC Files WAV - wave files WAV1 - more wave files WAV16BIT - 16 bit wave files WAV16_2 - additional 16 bit wave files
