In Origami, one takes a plane sheet of paper, normally square, and via several well chosen folds, creates something more commonly associated with a three dimensional object rather than a flat sheet of paper. This program will graphically demonstrate exactly how to fold a number of the more popular objects, such as a balloon, a helment, and even a pig! Many books attempt to describe and show how to fold Origami objects and some do a reasonable job of doing so. Because this program runs on a computer with a graphics display screen it has an inherent advantage over books about Origami because it actually displays the folds as they are being made. The steps are never shown too quickly because the user specifies when to continue. This way one can watch a fold on the screen, perform the same fold on a piece of paper, and then when ready, instruct the program to continue to the next fold.
