PCW Gotek Collection

A collection for the Amstrad PCW which aims to bring all available software together for PCW Gotek users so they can just extract it onto a USB stick, and plug-and-play. Sort of like the "turn key" concept that was popular back in the 80s. This collection has been built on the foundations of zzarko 's and PCWPIP 's collections, contains a lot of software archived by PCWWiki , some great utilities written by John Elliot , some more recent stuff from itch.io , and bits and pieces from across the internet. NOTE: In order to use the 720KB disc images, you must apply a mod to the Gotek . Please see the included README.TXT file in the archive for full details. Changelog 1.2 : - Added 107 assemblers, compilers and interpreters for PCW programmers. - Updated default 8256 boot image to v1.15. - Added new games, and other software. - Created bootable PCW versions of all interactive fiction released so far by The BDB Project, using Vezza. - Created bootable PCW versions of working Infocom titles, that were never released for the PCW. - A total of 30 more interactive fiction adventures have been added. - General tidy up, to ensure consistency throughout the collection. - Started adding manuals (in a separate archive to keep the main one small). 1.0 : - Initial release.
